From the Smithsonian AIC Description:
A cutout of a car depicted as a smiling animal with a large circle cut out of its stomach. Inside the circle there is a two-headed figure with a small animal cut out of its stomach. The figure stands behind a steering wheel and sticks its tongue out. There is a snake beneath the car and a small animal is perched on the head of the car. The car's wheels are at an angle and exhaust pours from the back as if the car is speeding along the bumpy road. The sculpture is mounted at the top of a pole which is set in a rectangular concrete base. The sculpture is lit at night.
