From the Smithsonian AIC Description:
A cutout of a cat with its fur raised. Inside the cat's stomach is a circle containing a cutout of a dog's head. The dogs mouth is open and its tongue is sticking out. The sculpture is mounted at the top of a pole which is set in a rectangular concrete base. The sculpture is lit at night.
