From the Smithsonian AIC Description:
A cutout of a dog with a bone in its stomach. The dog is wagging its tail and slobbering. There is a smaller animal driving a minicar beneath the dog. The sculpture is mounted at the top of a pole which is set in a rectangular concrete base. The sculpture is lit at night.
