This stone parish boundary marker is on a railway bridge at the west end of Kensington High Street. The marker is on the north side of the road and built in to the west end of the bridge.

The stone is mounted in the brickwork of a railway bridge. The stone, probably Portland stone, has weathered somewhat and parts of the inscription are difficult to read. The inscription, as far as can be determined, reads:

The 'xx' could read '11'.
