Plessis Road Widening
From Victoria Avenue West to North Meadow Drive, this previous two lane, undivided roadway was widened to a four lane, divided roadway.
This project, undertaken in the years 2008 and 2009 at a cost of 8.5 million dollars, was built for the enjoyment and benefit of the great people of Transcona and Winnipeg.
This plaque was dedicated by Councillor Russ Wyatt, Transcona Ward;
