This demonstration garden has a selection of native plants including Ironweed, Blackeyed Susan, Dense Blazing Star, Sneezeweed, Wild Bergamot and Butterfly Milkweed.

The sign describes what a Native Plant Demonstration Garden is, what the benefits of a Native plant garden are, and also gives tips on creating a Native Plant garden in your yard. Included in the tips section is a list of benefits to your yard by having and using local native plants.

Finally there is a list of sponsors for the program including the Friends of Turkey Creek, and the Essex Region Conservation Authority.
