This U.S. Geodetic & Survey reference mark is located on the Point ratiot Lighthouse in Dunkirk, New York.

This disk, RM #2 and the DUNKIRK LT ECC triangulation disk are cemented to the concrete steel deck right below the light on the lighthouse. RM #1 is located at the northeast corner of the steel deck.

The marks were accessed during a guided tour of the lighthouse - which took visitors up to the steel deck. The price for the tours at this time are $7 per person.

The marks are in good condition, and stamped with the date: 1972.
