This bridge crosses the Regent's Canal at the northern end of the Little Venice canal basin. As this is the start of the Regent's Canal it is known as Brudge 1.

This bridge, constructed in 1907, carries vehicular and
pedestrian traffic over the canal along a road knows as Warwick Avenue. There is
a footpath at each side of the crossing and 3, possibly 4 at a push, road lanes
with two clearly marked in the north west direction. The bridge has four posts
with lights, one placed at each corner of the bridge. Each post also carries the
coat-of-arms of Paddington.
The date plaque is set into the railings spanning the
bridge. It is painted gold and reads:
