This sculpture honours Michael Solcz, chairman and chief executive officer of Valiant Corporation and the inaugural executive in residence at the centre. The sculpture was designed and built by the Class of 2004 in the manufacturing program.
The sculpture is a 2.29-metre tall by 2.79-metre wide, 2.27-metric ton steel sculpture of a gear, a caliper and leaves entitled "Power Precision Imagination."
