This combined War Memorial commemorates the fallen of both Wickham Bishops and Great Braxted.

This war memorial is placed on a small triangle of land at the junction of Kelvedon Road with Beacon Hill and Tiptree Road right on the eastern parish boundary of the Essex village of Wickham Bishops. It commemorates the fallen of WWI from both Great Braxted and Wickham Bishops, one Charles Oscar Wilson who was killed in Palestinein 1917, and, as a later addition, the fallen of the parish from WWII

The memorial is built of limestone, has an octagonal shaft surmounted with an orb and cross. It is placed on a three step base, the lower two steps having the names inscribed on four of the faces. It's on a larger base surrounded by a small flower border with small conical evergreens.

Starting with the north-facing side and moving right the inscriptions are:
