The adherent will learn the application of the Shinkudo strikes (with all body parts), basic controls (capital, joint controls) and projections and other techniques.
Obviously he will learn to position himself properly, move and block. He will learn the katas and the techniques applied in combat and self- defense. Breaking is also an element of Shinkudo.
Le pratiquant du Shinkudo apprendra l'application des frappes (avec toutes les parties du corps), des contrôles de base (immobilisations, contrôles articulaires) et projections et de quelques techniques d'étranglements.
Il apprendra évidemment à se positionner adéquatement, à se déplacer et à bloquer. Il apprendra les katas ainsi que l'application des techniques en combat et en auto-défense. Le cassage est aussi un élément du Shinkudo.
