Wilton Cheese Factory is the Eastern Ontario location of Jensen Cheese, a division of A.M. Jensen Limited. A.M. Jensen Limited is a family-run business operating in Southwestern Ontario. Eric Jensen, the owner and president of A.M. Jensen Limited took over for his father Arne and is currently preparing his son Scott to be the next president.
Wilton Cheese Factory specializes in aged Cheddar. They also carry imported brands and gift boxes.
