A stone marker at the base of a flagpole honors those affected by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City. The memorial is at the base of a flagpole near the entrance to W.R. Hatfield Elementary School (part of the NISD).
Please do not visit this memorial during school hours. When school is not in session, you can park in the drive at the entrance to the school (south side).
