Quick Description: The Delaware Memorial Bridge is how route 40 goes across the Delaware river into New Jersey. New Jersey is the last state that route 40 is in before ending in Atlantic City.
Location: Delaware, United States

Waymark Code: WMEXTG
This bridge is a symbolic icon for both Delaware and New Jersey since 1951 and again when the westbound bridge opened in 1968. This river took George Washington hours to cross, but here while going 60, it only takes about 2 minuets to cover the nearly 10,000 foot long bridge.
To post a visit log to this waymark you need to visit and write about the actual physical location. Any pictures you take at the location would be great, as well.
