Bob the Turkey was a celebrity in and the unofficial mascot of Woodstock, GA. He lived south of the town center on Main Street where he could be seen patrolling his territory and hopping rides on the city police cars (when he wasn't chasing them). He was struck and killed by a car in mid-January 2012. This memorial sculpture by local artist Bruce Weinzetl was dedicated in June 2012.
