Several trips recently to Livonia on this road through Lima. Still don't know who is being memorialized here, but I'm going to find out! (No clues on the shrine)

Neither the shrine, nor the news article gives information about the woman who was injured, but given that Rt 20 is a prominent bike route, it is easy to see why a reminder to share the road would be placed here.

By all accounts, this woman survived. News reports at the time indicated that "According to friends of the victim, she is conscious, but further tests need to be done to determine the extent of the injuries."

"The woman, whose name has not yet been released by authorities, was returning home from work at Tom Wahl's in Avon. She rode her bicycle from Avon to Lima every day for work, no matter what the weather." (visit link)
