Medina School is located south of Medina on County Road "M". Medina is a small unincorporated community located entirely within the town of Dale and was the schools name sake. The School was open from 1921 to 1963 when it closed do to the consolidation with the Hortonville and Greenville school districts. The building was sold and rebuilt to be a residence.
