From the Roadside America:
A stylized 60,000 sq. ft. building, inspired by the Iroquois creation story of Earth's formation on the back of a turtle, was the home of the Native American Cultural Center for decades.
The building is not open and is currently for sale.
From the street you can easily see the enormous turtle head, with large bubble eyes and open mouth. Further down the street you notice its legs and giant turtle shell. On the satelite imagery you can clearly see the shape of the entire turtle including its tail, also you can view a Native American bird symbol on the geodetic roof surface.
