The collection of heirloom roses includes some of the same varieties George Vanderbilt originally purchased for the estate in 1895. You'll also find traditional garden structures such as a maypole and double arch surrounded by over 2,000 roses.
The admission price includes access to all the grounds and the main house. There is a very small parking lot near the garden, but on busy days you may be directed to park elsewhere. There are several other gardens adjacent to this one.
