Blue Neurons - San Diego, CA - Artistically Decorated Utility Boxes on Waymarking.com

I'm not sure what if anything this is supposed to represent, other than an interplay of different shades of blue, but it does look a bit like the neurons in a brain under a microscope, but your mileage may vary! And if it does, there's a gas station right next door :-)

The painting of utility boxes in the Mira Mesa neighborhood of San Diego is sponsored by the Mira Mesa Town Council (a volunteer/business organization) and has been spearheaded by the Mira Mesa High School art department. See (visit link) for more information.

UPDATE, Dec. 2, 2012: Part, but not all, of this box have been re-painted in a different pattern. I'm posting photos of the new designs.
