This is a disk embedded in the median separating traffic flowing in opposite directions on Wacker Drive in Chicago. The mark itself is located on a ramp leading from Lower Wacker Drive to the intersection of Harrison and Franklin (as well as from eastbound Congress to Lower Wacker). The ramp in question is just south of the intersection of Van Buren and Upper Wacker. The mark is relatively far down the ramp, close-ish to where Lower Wacker physically slips under Upper Wacker.
