Quick Description: Memorial to the Missouri troops, Fedral and Confederate, who fought at Fort Blakely. The Battle of Fort Blakely actually took place after the surrender at Appomattox.

The memorial is a pink marble slab, approximately 5 feet tall, shaped like the State of Missouri. The narker was placed by The 3rd Missouri Inf Regt (CSA) (Reenactors) KC MO.
