This replica is one of about 200 placed by the Boy Scouts in 1950 in celebration of the 40th anniversary. The copper statue of Lady Liberty is standing on a stone base. It appears to be in good condition. The plaque on the base reads:

With the faith and courage of

possible the freedom of these
