The previous location of the History Colorado Center was two blocks north at 14th and Broadway. The new Ralph Carr Judicial Center is being constructed on this building's former location - thus the new building.

The actual photo location would be in the middle of the busy street of Broadway, which is both dangerous and illegal. I took the photo from the turn-off lane into the parking structure, which is not the place to be if you have children. (Adults are allowed to make dumber decisions!) I also took a photo from the safety of the edge of the sidewalk, which should be fine for a visit.
