Taking a leisurely stroll through through the Arts and Design district of Carmel, Indiana, this charming lady could not bear to leave her Scottie puppy at home. Of course, the smells of any downtown are intoxicating to the canine nose! There are several other statues in the area, but none showing the bond between woman and dog.
