The final resting place of Pearl Capshaw is at the far southwest corner of Rose Hill Burial Park, at the north end of section 16. She has two markers: a flat, light grey headstone next to a family monument. The headstone has lillies and a cross etched into the left side, with one single flower at the bottom right corner.

The family monument is nestled between two thick trees, and the headstone is only a couple of feet south of the road.
