Two anchors are placed on either side of a cannon on a slightly raised platform on the square near Toronto Island Park Ferry landing.
There is no sign at the site explaining the display.
The anchors have the following inscription:
"BALDT PATENT ANCHOR
CHESTER, PA. U.S.A
PATENTED 1956"
