This boardwalk is part of the walkway that surrounds one of the ponds in this newly developed wetland area that turned a trashy storm drain run off area into a hidden gem. William E. Clark was a leading Little Rock contractor who built the nearby William J. Clinton Presidential Library and was a friend of the former President.
