This obelisk, which is threatened by a tree, is located in the Wilson family plot in the Marshall Cemetery.

Unfortunately this obelisk is only partially legible, as are many of the markers this old cemetery. It marks the last remains of John S Wilson who was born in January of 1821 in Williamson County, Tennessee, and who died in September of 1858.
