Sister Rose deals with stray cats and dogs. James takes a lame pup to Sister Rose who manages to find a home for the pup with Rupe Nellist a local councillor, who himself is lame. The vets manage to cure the pup’s lameness and Rupe goes on to win the Mayoral election. The clips show Sister Rose, Siegfried and James at Rupe’s inauguration.
