THE MARK IS LOCATED 1.9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SHIPPENVILLE AND 3.5 MILES NORTHWEST OF CLARION. TO REACH THE MARK FROM THE POST OFFICE IN SHIPPENVILLE GO SOUTHEAST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 322 TO THE MARK SET IN THE TOP OF THE APPROX CENTER OF THE NORTH WALL OF A CONCRETE CATCH BASIN, 22.0 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 322, AND IS ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE HIGHWAY. IT IS A PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SURVEY DISK STAMPED ---RESET 2006--- ---1439.46---.
