Centeen Park is a beautiful park along the St.Lawrence River and it seems a popular place for diving. We found this plaque while on a waymarking excursion in Brockville. I found no information about this time capsule besides what is written on the plaque. The text on the plaque reads:
BURIED WITHIN THIS MONUMENT LIES A
TIME CAPSULE CONTAINING MANY ITEMS
DEPICTING LIFE IN CANADA IN THE YEAR
1967 WHICH IS TO OPENED BY THE MAYOR
OF BROCKVILLE ON SEPTEMBER 18TH IN
THE YEAR 2067.
