"The Carmarthen Dragon stands over 16 feet tall.
The steel red dragon was created for the Heart of the Dragon Festival (2007) in Newcastle Emlyn, where the last dragon in Wales was slain many years ago.
Tony Woodman worked with adults with Learning Difficulties through Carmarthenshire Adult Placement day services.
