Being inside the Public Safety Buidling / Courthouse, I couldn't obtain coordinates for it's precise location. The coordinates above are for the entrance at 185 Exchange Blvd, Rochester, NY 14614. When you have passed through the security station, continue straight (elevator lobby on your left, information kiosk on your right). This statue will have one of the marble support pillars as its backdrop. You will see it in profile as you approach, and will need to move left to position yourself in front of it.

According to the Smithsonian listing:
"The Civic Center Commission bought the bust for $1,500 and presented it in recognition of contributions to the area by the local Italian community. The work is a copy of one that Vezzoni did for the New York State Capitol in Albany."
