This Mig-21 was moved to the school located on the street Wisniowa in 1993. By then a group of students had a dream: they wanted to prepare a paper about the hidden parts of a fighter aircraft and they tried to have a real one so they could prepare a practical presentation. And they managed to have this aircraft assembled on they front yard!
The school itself, a four storey building of red brick has an interesting history: it's the former barracks "Mokotow War Fields", and, after 1962, it was home of the Corps of Cadets.
