It is about 140 feet east of the center of a graveled road at the site of the former Strattanville Lookout Tower, about 0.3 mile south of U.S. Highway 322 in Clarion Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. The disk is stamped ---FIRE 1937---.
To reach from the Clarion County Courthouse at the junction of U.S. Highway 322 and State Highway 68 in Clarion, go east on Highway 322 for 2.5 miles to a graveled side road right. Turn right and go south for about 0.3 mile to the mark on the left, about 140 feet east of the center of the road.
