This U.S. Department of the Interior survey disk is located along northeast of Route 78 near Java Village.

It is set in the top of an L-shaped concrete culvert wall running under Route 78. The mark is in the corner of the "L" approximately 8 inches from the inner corner of the wall above the culvert opening.

When the mark was recovered, there was dirt on the mark, however it is secure and in shape. It is also stamped with the date: 2004.
