In the National Park Dwingelderveld is a bird watching cabin at the northern edge of the Davidsplassen.
In het Nationaal Park Dwingelderveld is een vogelkijkhut aan de noordrand van de Davidsplassen.
Bereikbaar vanaf Dwingeloo: Vanaf De Brink borden volgen: "Planetron" en "Camping de Noordster", voorbij de camping gaat de weg verder als zandweg. Aan het eind rechts, na ongeveer 600 meter linksaf.
De observatiehut is vanaf dit punt aangegeven met kleine bordjes (ongeveer twee kilometer van parkeerplaats tot de hut). Er is een wit gemarkeerde wandelroute vanaf de parkeerplaats die langs de hut voert (5 km).
Het pad kan erg modderig zijn.
