There is a statue of a woman with romanian eagle in her hand and dying soldier on her knees.
No list of names, just years 1916-1919 (Romania entered the war only in 1916 and after the end of WW I Romanian army continued to fight against Hungarian Soviet Republic in the north) and a text in Romanian:
