This Dept. of Transportation survey monument is set east of Route 19 along the shoulder. No apparent monument was visible, so this disk may be set in the ground with a rod.

The mark is stamped with CP 4 and GPS (?) Monument. It was recovered in good shape, though covered under some dirt and debris. There is currently a wooden stake next to the mark location, as well as some orange ribbon designating the disk location.
