In Walpole, in the center of town, is Jalapenos Grill, an authentic Mexican restaurant.
The restaurant is located in a block of stores on the east side of the road, within a few feet of the Walpole Police Station. There is an entrance to the main dining area and one to the bar.
Inside the place has a nice 'homey' feel to it. The menu has many selections and there are specials offered, as well. I have had many things and not been dissappointed. That night, I had the Puerco En Salsa Verde. Though I'm sure that they could spice it up if you are looking for heat, I just like the good, flavorful food that they provide. They even have selections for Gluten-free.
There is parking on the street, but more parking is available is available in the lot behind the building access from School Street or Route 27.
