To reach Barril beach you will have to either walk a mile (1,5 km) or take a little train (1,20 Eur each way). It's one of my favorites in the region, but despite not being easily accessible is very popular and it will be crowded in high season.
However, one can walk on the beach and reach deserted spots. It's possible to walk at least 6 km to west, crossing a nudism area and finding a quiet spot.
Also there are good infrastructures on this beach. Not only functional but interesting, as they are installed in what used to be a factory of fish processing.
