This small bridge is dated to A.D. 1999, which is to say 2542 of the Buddhist Era, as the date is portrayed on the bridge. The bridge crosses one of the many small canals in Bangkok, which is, as far as I know, nameless. The bridge seems older in design than the date suggests, possibly it was deliberately constructed in an older style. The bridge conveys both vehicular traffic as well as pedestrian. As it has a high convex shape it is difficult to photograph in its entirety. The title on the bridge, as translated for me, is somewhat complex, but essentially it means "friendship", with overtones of working together: community, identity, stability.
There is no parking area as such in the immediately vicinity, but there is street parking in the vicinity.
