The Rawls Bed & Breakfast is housed in the former Rawls Hotel which was built in 1903 by Japheth and Elizabeth Rawls. In 1928 the hotel wss enlarged by the addition of two, three-story wings. the hotel ceased operation in 1970 and was renovated in the late 1970s.

The B&B contains four antique furnished guest rooms, a restaurant, and meeting facilities. The guest rooms have wireless internet and cable TV.
