LL Bean has been a favorite outdoor/camping clothing supplier for decades. This Bean store is located about 8 miles from the Baltimore International Airport and about 25 miles from Annapolis, MD. It is not too far from anywhere in Maryland.
In front of the entrance to the LL Bean store is a circular, shallow pool with native stone boulders around and in the pool of water. Beyond that is a larger formation of more native stone boulders arranged into a waterfall right where the stairway from the parking area and mall walkway go up to the entrance doorway to the store. The boulders are arranged to appear similar to how a natural waterfall would look if found along the creeks, streams and rivers typically found in Maryland. The waterfalls are turned off during the coldest part of the winter, but flow during the rest of the year when the water will not freeze.
The business hours for LL Bean Columbia are Monday-Friday: 10AM-9PM; Saturday: 9AM-9PM; Sunday: 10AM-6PM.
