ABOUT 0.3 MILE WEST ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD FROM THE POST OFFICE AT WEST PADUCAH TO MAXON CROSSING, 109 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RAIL OF THE MAIN TRACK, 42 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST RAIL OF A SIDETRACK, 32 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 725, 110 FEET SOUTH AND ACROSS THE HIGHWAY FROM A SIGN WHICH READS MAXON, 72 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF A CONCRETE BLOCK HOUSE, 17 1/2 FEET EAST OF A 12-INCH ELM TREE, ABOUT 3 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY, AND A U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST WHICH PROJECTS 6 INCHES.
