The River Darent meanders its way through the Kent countryside to join the River Thames near Dartford. On its way it passes through several villages, and here in Shoreham, it goes right through the middle of the village.
The road crossing for this 65 foot long, 3 arched bridge, spans the River Darent. The main pillars are made from stone, whilst the arches are made of brick. Parking is available roadside in the village or in the free car park not far away.
