Long Description:
This Welcome sign is located just after the Highway 136 bridge over the Mississippi River between Keokuk, Iowa and Hamilton, Illinois. It is a large green and white sign, with the "Welcome to" in blue lettering, that reads:

THE LAND OF LILCOLN
