There are a series of these benches in the Cardiff Bay area, at Brittania Quay also the Waterfront park, they have come to known as Beasti Benches. This bench looks like a fish with a wide grin and lots of teeth to eat you up with. The fish tail is engraved with the words, "And the Laughing Fish". This bench type seat has a great view of the Roath Dock overlooking the new BBC Wales studios, perhaps a great place to sit and read Dylan Thomas's poem ‘Ballad of the long legged bait’
