This clock tower, standing near the city library, was built in celebration of the year 2000. The clock is housed on a four sided green steel structure, with a pitched roof and topped with a weather vane. Inside the base of the clock tower is a marker stating when it was built and lists the many contributors to the project. The city library is located at 44 North Main Street.
